How can I get samples?
We usually provide existing sample for free, please click the button on the right side of our website to let us know more about your requirements, then we could collect the samples for you correspondingly. For customized samples, a little sampling charge would be needed, but which will be totally refunded once order confirmed. Samples would be sent by our DHL or Fedex, TNT etc. If you have courier account, we could send with your account, if not, you can pay us the freight charge and we will ship with our account. It takes 3-4 business days to your place.
For OEM orders, which format of logo file is available to use?
Any format is okay for us, such as JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, CDR etc. We have our own designer could handle any format file by our side, then we will send you the mock up for final confirmation.
What is your MOQ?
Normally our MOQis 3000pcs. But small order is acceptable for trail order, you could just tell us the quantity you need, then we could figure out the pricing and give you the suggestion accordingly. Also, we sometimes have some stocks for the hot-selling models, which could accept very small quantity. Please feel free to let us know your thoughts.
How long is the sample time?
For existing samples, normally 1-2 days, and Free of Charge for you. For samples with customized design, it will take about 7 days.
How long is the production time?
25-30 days for mass production after all details confirmed by your end. We have large production capacity could gurantee the lead time.
What is your payment term?
Our regular payment term is 30% T/T before production, and the rest should be paid after the order finished and inspection completed, and order before shipment. We are open to other payment after negotiation.
